We offer a full range of services from 24-hour tailored support, to day and night sitting services. For those needing support with more complex needs such as dementia care or leaning disabilities support, we have a fully qualified team on hand to help.
Dementia
The team at LV Community Care offer premium quality care for those living with Dementia from a wide range of registered professionals. Specific, personalised, care plans are tailored to individuals needs and focus on maintaining independence, cognitive and social abilities, and personality.
Care plans range from support with practical tasks such as shopping, cooking and personal care, to a variety of dementia specific care plans, which are regularly assessed and developed over time.

The LV Community Care team have unique and extensive expertise working with individuals with complex needs.
Our highly skilled teams offer a range of fully personalised and comprehensive care plans, provided by a consistent care team to ensure that individuals feel comfortable and safe with those providing their care.

Erica Zschaber began her career in healthcare after graduating with a degree in Psychology in 2018 and moving to Jersey in 2019. From the very start, she developed a strong passion for the industry, which led her to pursue RQF qualifications and various training programs to deepen her knowledge.
Erica is known for her caring and compassionate approach to client care. Her empathy and commitment to patient-centered care create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues. Confident in her skills and dedicated to continuous learning, Erica is always striving to provide the best possible care.”
