Our Community Care service can support you in the comfort of your own home. With fully trained and regulated staff, we create a personal care plan tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle.

We offer a full range of services, from 24-hour tailored support, to day and night sitting services. For those needing support with more complex needs such as dementia care or leaning disabilities support, we have a fully qualified team on hand to help.

We aim to have small care teams that will regularly support you from your home, so that relationships and trust can be built.

Erica Zschaber began her career in healthcare after graduating with a degree in Psychology in 2018 and moving to Jersey in 2019. From the very start, she developed a strong passion for the industry, which led her to pursue RQF qualifications and various training programs to deepen her knowledge.

Erica is known for her caring and compassionate approach to client care. Her empathy and commitment to patient-centered care create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues. Confident in her skills and dedicated to continuous learning, Erica is always striving to provide the best possible care.”
