The LV Community Care team have unique and extensive expertise working with individuals with complex needs. Highly skilled teams offer a range of fully personalised and comprehensive care plans, provided by a consistent care team to ensure that individuals feel comfortable and safe with their carers. Personalised teams offer support ranging from assistance in continuing or finding new social activities and hobbies, to full 24 hour care from the comfort of an individual’s home. LV Community Care also offers a 24 hour on call service for families and staff in case of emergencies.

Care teams are led by an experienced and qualified management team, with all staff undertaking relevant training, including MAYBO and PBS training. Our highly trained specialists work with you, your family and friends to offer quality, caring support.
