I was born and educated here in Jersey.  I left Jersey at the age of 18 to live and work in Italy for many years before returning to the Island to start my family.  I am married and have two wonderful children.

I have worked in care for more than 37 years and continue to expand my knowledge daily in an ever changing environment.

It has always been my privilege working within this industry in particular with older people, and those who may be living with dementia. I am dedicated to continually improving the service provided to my residents.   Care should be underpinned with respect, compassion and facilitating an ideal environment for our residents, staff, family and friends.  High standards of care currently  practised ensure the dignity, well-being, and safety of our residents, this will always be a priority.

I strongly believe in  creating a confident team of care staff, by listening, supporting and encouraging them where needed and offering training to enhance their skills required within their environment.
